Welcome to our paradise!
The African Suite is a large 1 bedroom vacation apartment Port of Spain, comes with a private entrance on the GROUND-FLOOR in the rear of the main house.
It's a fully contained, self-catering facility with an eat-in LR/DR and full kitchen, suitable for business or pleasure travelers. It is accessible for partially mobile guests.
The maximum sleeps is for 4 people on 1 full bed in the bedroom and 2 seating areas that convert to single beds in the main living/dining area. An ideal vacation stay is for a small family.
Enjoy TV with Amazon Fire Stick, fast Wi-Fi, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee-maker, and gas stove with oven. Visit a prime location for Carnival celebrations. It gives easy access to downtown, shopping, beaches, and tourist sites. Close to major embassies, sporting, and medical facilities.
The home is clean, quiet, convenient, and safe with A/C for bedroom use only. Ceiling fans in the living room. The luxury amenities make it a fully furnished vacation apartment Port of Spain. Early check-in/late check-out incurs a US$25 fee.
Weekly and monthly rate discounts available.
We are happy to arrange island tours for you with one of our certified tour guides.
Guest access
Guests are welcome to relax in the rear Spanish courtyard.
Washer and dryer are each available for a fee of US$2.00 per load
Other things to note
This is a residential neighbourhood, so guests are expected to be mindful of their noise level, especially at night. Quiet time is from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.
For guests staying longer than 7 days, we offer weekly linen changes and room cleaning.
We also have 2 curious cats, so please ensure none of them gets locked in your room when you leave.
We provide in-house linens and towels and some beach gear.

No Smoking allowed in rooms or on compound. 
CANCELLATIONS:
#1. Cancelled reservations shall not receive a refund except as described on the website.#2. A reservation is considered confirmed once the first payment has been provided by the renter.
If the reservation is subject to a payment plan and the renter fails to make payments or is late making a payment, then the reservation may be canceled by the Owner at the Owner’s discretion. Owner reiterates that any refund for a canceled vacation is NOT owner's responsibility.
NO REFUND will be provided if the renter cancels the booking within 7 days of the arrival date.
#3. Additional Information About Cancellations.
If you absolutely need to cancel your reservation, we will refund 100% less one night's rent if another guest can be found for the same period as your reservation. We will work hard to re-rent the house(s) but cannot guarantee success.
As an alternative, we may be able to apply 90% of your payments towards a future stay.
